Secondly, I provide tips on how to prepare prior to your session which includes me utilizing angles to both of our advantages. You won’t have to clean up your whole home, and I definitely don’t expect you to especially after childbirth.
What steps do you take in order to maintain a clean environment for our newborn session?
Specifically with newborns, safety and health is a top concern. I always wash my hands upon entering your home and prior to handling the baby. I have no issues to wear a mask during our session if requested. All my wraps, fur, and props are sanitized as well as washed appropriately between every session. Furthermore I am in a non smoking and pet free home.
When should I book my newborn session?
Book as soon as you’re able to! Especially if you have a fall or winter due date. Since pregnancy and childbirth is a bit unpredictable; I suggest picking a date 1 week after your due date. The date can be adjusted afterward based on the baby’s actual arrival date. I recommend for the session to take place in the first three weeks and ideally within 5-14 days.
What should I wear during the session?
